上海交通大学医疗机器人研究院是上海交通大学2017年12月挂牌成立的校级多学科交叉研究平台。研究院建设对接健康中国国家策略，围绕国家重大医学需要，服务大健康产业进步，面向微创手术、康复治疗、生活辅助等各类医疗应用，拓展医疗机器人技术的基础和应用研究。研究院涉及生物、医学、机械、材料、信息、控制、计算机等不同学科，集研究、教育、开发、临床、转化及服务等于一体，主要研究方向包含微纳系统、感知与认知、仿生系统、先进智能材料、手术机器人、康复与辅助机器人、影像导航介入、智能人机交互、生物光学、精密机电系统等。
智能人机交互研究中心致力于研究用于可穿着打扮和植入式医疗电子的定制化生物传感器和微电子芯片的设计，整理智能传感器、超低功耗模拟信号处置和边缘AI芯片。研究院提供有竞争优势的报酬和出色的工作环境与升迁机制。
职位职责：
1. 参与生物电子芯片的概念，熟知系统需要;
2. 独立设计一个小规模芯片或者和团队合作设计一个大规模芯片中的一个或者几个模块;
3. 参与芯片的流片和实验室测试;
4. 帮助系统团队进行应用开发;
职位需要：
1. 微电子设计专业博士毕业;
2. 具备芯片设计的经验，过去独立完成过模拟或者数字芯片设计项目;
3. 熟练用EDA前端和后端设计和仿真工具，Cadence或者Synopsys;
4. 可以熟练用实验室测量仪器对芯片进行测试;
