主要职责：
1.教学进步：协调组织拓展新教师教学基础培训，教学能力提高培训;邀请国内外知名专家团队拓展工作坊，研讨会，按期组织教学推荐活动，打造教学共长交流平台。
2.教学理论及办法研究：充分知道调查国内外高等教育进步近况及理念更新，推进教学改革和革新;组织拓展革新型教学改进改革的项目研究、实践和总结。
3.完成有关工作的材料采集、大全、整理、剖析、总结等工作，写作有关报告，反馈教学进步工作进展。
4.帮助完成部门内其它的项目推行及行政管理工作。
职位2、高级主管/主管1名
主要职责：
1.教学咨询：充分知道教学规律，结合学科特征，为教师提供个性化教学咨询服务;依据教师需要，提供课程中期反馈服务，组织相应教学研讨活动，提高教学水平。
2.培养成效评估：基于上海科技大学人才培养总目的，结合各学科的专业培养目的，帮助打造以学习成效为导向的培养水平评估体系,有别于传统意义上的期中期末课程评教。为提升总体教育水平提供数据支持及指导建议。
3.完成有关工作的材料采集、大全、整理、剖析、总结等工作，写作有关报告，按期反馈工作进展。
4.帮助完成部门内其它的项目推行及行政管理工作。
职位3、高级主管/主管1名
主要职责：
1.教学信息化建设：充分知道多种课堂常用教学技术，包含多媒体互联网信息化技术，为课程提供相应咨询服务和支持;打造中心互联网宣传平台，整理教学资源，创建共享环境。
2.教学研究及推广：创建互动式教学空间，拓展有关研究及培训活动，推进互动式教学、混合式教学的实践，和传统式课堂教学进行对比研究和剖析。
3.完成有关工作的材料采集、大全、整理、剖析、总结等工作，写作有关报告，按期反馈工作进展。
4.帮助完成部门内其它的项目推行及行政管理工作。
招聘条件：
1.具备有关专业硕士及以上学历，具备1年以上国外工作或学习历程者优先考虑;出色的中英文书面和口头表达能力。
2.在国内外知名高校从事过教学或教学习管理工作，有至少1年以上的教育工作经验;高级主管职位需至少有3年以上教学经验或2年以上团队领导经验。
3.热爱高等教育事业，知道国内外高等教育的近况和规律，熟知教学工作，洞察教师成长与发展趋势，具备大局观和发展进取精神;具备国际化视线，有突破、改革和革新意识。
4.认真负责，具备好的职业道德和优秀的团队协作能力。
5.认可上海科技大学的办学理念、知道上海科技大学人才培养总体目的，致力于探索研究型革新型教学模式、提高高等教育水平。
Basic Requirement：
1.M.S. degree in education related or STEAM field
least 1 year working experience in academic setting
Preferred Qualification:
1.Ph.D. degree in education or STEAM field.
than 2 years of teaching experience in STEAM subject. For senior manager position, minimum 3 years of teaching experience or equivalent academic working experience is required.
3.2 years or above team management experience.
enthusiasm in improving higher education quality; familiar with either Chinese or U.S. higher education system, or both.
, efficient, collaborative professional with excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
